She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Lee Phillips of Greenwood, KY; her children, Katina Davis (Jamie) of Bronston, KY, Michael Phillips (Jammie) of Greenwood, KY, Heather West (Andy) of Burnside, KY and Stacy Starrett (Coty) of Pine Knot, KY; her siblings, Earl Lawson of Ohio, Betty Lowe (Mike) of Oneida, TN and Phyllis Jenkins (Danny) of Oakdale, TN; and her granddaughter Brittany Mckee. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
