She is survived by: her children, John Bradley (Nina) of Whitley City, David Bradley of Whitley City, Dirk Bradley (Lois) of Whitley City, Paron Creekmore of Somerset, KY and Brandy Perkins (Jason) of Strunk; and her siblings, Mike Stephens of Whitley City, Mark Stephens of Marshes Siding, Brenda Martin of Pine Knot and Marilyn Hansford (Harold) of Marshes Siding. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
