He is survived by: his children, David Patrick (Tammi) of Ooltewah, Tennessee and Krystal Patrick (Greg Owens) of Whitley City; his grandchildren, Corey Patrick, Lucas Waters (Jennifer) and Kaitlin Mounce (Blake); his great grandchildren, Reily Patrick, Abel Tarter and Remy Mounce; and his close friends, Brenda Payne of Stearns and Betty Boyd of Whitley City.
