He is survived by: his wife Betty Summitt (Taylor) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his daughters, Debra Kay Acoba of California, Patricia G. Thompson of Modesto, California and Nancy Lee Aseltine of Centralia, Washington; and his close friend Hural Spradlin (Julie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McCreary County Funeral Home (48 State Hwy 700, Whitley City, KY 42653). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
