He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Earl Vanover and Earline Bryant Holbert; and his brother Mike Holbert. He is survived by: his close friend Sherry Foster; his children, Blane Vanover (Brittany) of Burnside, Billy Vanover Jr. of Burnside, Josh Vanover of Burnside, Melissa Vanover of Cincinnati and Alisha Vanover of Science Hill; his brother Luther "Lou" Vanover (Jeanne) of Cincinnati; and also, Justin Foster and Shelli Wright. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made at the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
