"Rusty" Welborn (Dana) of Huntingburg, IN and Ranson "Randy" Welborn (Natasha "Toddie") of Owensboro; his stepdaughter Laurie Howe (Brian) of Fisherville, KY; the mother of his children Dalynda Head Welborn; his grandchildren, Robin M., Lucas, Clay, Katie, Landon, Joseph, Reese, Anna Beth, Peyton, Isabella, Lucy and Gianna; his stepgrandchildren, Emma and Drake Howe; and his brother Darrell N. Welborn (Pat).
