With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Hall of Whitesville, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on March 12, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Delbert Hall; and his daughter Sarah Ellen Crapps. He is survived by: his wife Oletta Kay Hall; his children, Amanda Hall (Joe Ward), Tabatha Hall, Carolyn Naegele (Robert) and Steve Smith (Shelly); his sister Mary Jane Goodman (David); his grandchildren, Dakota Baird, Terrell Crapps (Darlene), Victoria Ard (Josh), Sadie Hill, Alex Naegele and Jennifer Taylor (Kayleigh); his nephew Jimmy Heep (Kim); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Skyler Heep and Keeley Robertson. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
