He is survived by: his parents, Darrell Ray and Anna Elizabeth Fuqua; his siblings, Cassandra Ohialoke, Michael Ray Kaaloha Fuqua, Bryan Lee Fuqua and Charity Catriona Potter; and his stepchildren, Ryan Estes, Savannah Estes, Lindsey Estes and Jade McKenney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
