He is survived by: his wife Robbin Shively; his children, Trina Figueroa (Victor) of Bakersfield, CA, Andrea Wise, Justin Wise, Lexie Hall (Brett) of Owensboro and Mariah Sims (Carl) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Charlie Perez (Mariam), Marilyn Perez (Daniel) of Bakersfield, CA, Aidan Wise of Owensboro, Thomas Wise of Owensboro, Jaxon Wise of Owensboro, Lincoln Wise of Owensboro, Layla Hall of Owensboro, Tristan Hall of Owensboro and Caden Hall of Owensboro; and his siblings, Randall Shively (Randa) of Wayne City, IL, Cindy Mattingly (Gerald) of Whitesville, Tammy Dickey of Wayne City, IL, Julie McDonald (Mark) of Owensboro and Rob Shively (Terra) of Owensboro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, colleagues, business partners, and friends.
