Lilli Phelps Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lilli Phelps of Whitesville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Fredrich and Frieda Bast Fredrich; her husband Don Phelps; and her sister Ella Peter. She is survived by: her children, Manuela Stanley, Robert Phelps, Steven Phelps (Tricia) and Angela Behl; her brother Alfons Fredrich; and her pet Brandy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
