He is survived by: his daughters, Annsley Marie Howard and Idaleigh Nichole Howard; his fathers, John Jones of Philpot and Jason Howard (Samantha Dunn) of Central City; his grandparents, Larry, Cathy Holt of Owensboro, Jackie, Gina Howard of Island, Mary Jones of Owensboro, John and Laural Ammon of Hartford; his great-grandparent Patricia Cole of Owensboro; and his siblings, Bailey Dawn Conrad (Trevor) of Sacramento, Landon Howard of Philpot, Corbin Cole Jones of Philpot and Brantley Howard of Central City.
