We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2023, at the age of 83, David C Burns of Whitesville, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harrison Burns and Mary Belle Himes Burns; his wife Donna Burns; his son Brian Keith Burns; and his brothers, James Owen Burns and Willard O. Burns.
He is survived by: his caregivers, Rachel Aldridge (Clint) and Sara Autry; his children, Mike Burns of Greenville, Cynthia Griffin of Hartford and Sheila Matthews of Spottsville; and his siblings, Barbara Green of Owensboro and Donald Burns (Leona) of Fort Worth, TX.. He is also survived by 8 grandkids, 15 great grandkids, and 1 great great grandson.
