He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleave Baize and Sadie Allison Baize; his stepson Steven Brad Emerson; and his siblings, Charles Baize and Nellie Burden.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Scifres Baize; his children, Tina Baize and Billy Baize, Jr.; his stepdaughters, Judy Williams and Sharon Williams; and his sister Sadie "Cindy" Craft. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
