He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Holbrook Sr. and Ola Mae Houston Holbrook; and his brother Marty Holbrook. He is survived by: his wife Regina Holbrook of Mayking; his son Woody Kevin Holbrook II of Mayking, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Dylon Pike, Brooke Pike and Malin Holbrook.
