He is survived by: his wife Eva Cox Caudill of Whitesburg, Kentucky.; his daughter Jean Ann Collins (Roger) of Nicholasville, Kentucky.; his stepchildren, Angela K. Cox of Meador and Bennett Dale Cox of Delbarton; his grandchildren, Beth (Jim), Hayley, Brande (BJ), Alex, Brandon, Little Ben, Kendra and Kaden; his great grandchildren, Madison, Mia, Lucas, Jacob, Kane of Gage, AJ, Bristol, Kerrah and Bryson; his pets, Benji and Smokey; and his brothers, John P. Caudill Jr., Ruford Caudill, Granville Johnson and Charles Caudill.
