It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Louise Lucas (Whitesburg, Kentucky), who passed away on April 30, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Cornett and Lake Tyree Taylor; her former husband Morgan Robert Taylor; her husband Lenzy Lucas; her children, Randy Taylor, Harry Taylor and Creeda Stallard; her siblings, Verlon Taylor, Earl Taylor, Donna Adams and Gleeda Baker; her grandchildren, Misty and Zachariah; her great grandchild Asia; and her grandmother Armenty.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Taylor of Little Colley, Rodney Taylor of Little Colley, Jennifer Lucas of Sandlick and Selenia Sexton (Jerry) of Clay City; and her brothers, Wendell Taylor of Campbranch, Kenneth Taylor of Daniels Branch and Winsford Taylor of West Virginia.
