Scott left this world on November 2, 2024 at the age of 65, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, R. C. Jr. Day and Frances Austin Day; his children, Michael Day (Lindsay) of Huntersville and Randi Day of Whitesburg; his brother Stephen Day (Sarah) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Austin Day, Keightley Banks and Brady Banks.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Ran Day Cemetery.
