He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonza Polly Sr. and Betty Kincer Polly; his wife Eleanor Faye Adams; and his siblings, Jack Polly, Jerome Polly, Alonzo Polly Jr., Helen Polly, Shannon Polly and Lydia LeSaint.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Gibson of Granger and Shannon Johnson (Jason) of Louisville, Kentucky.; his brothers, Kenneth "Buck" Polly of Gibsonville and Lee Polly (Judy) of Hampshire, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Andy (Sammie), Anthony (Jamicha), Jon Michael, Taylor and Veronica; and his great grandchildren, Xavier and Anaise.
