He is survived by: his pet Angel; his wife Linda Polly of Whitesburg; his children, Christy Adams (Jody) of Craft Colly, Kentucky and James Polly (Angel) of Whitesburg, Kentucky; his sister Paula Matney (Jerry) of Gloucester, Virginia.; and his granddaughter Kristen Russell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
