Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Peggy Mason of Whitesburg, Kentucky, born in McRoberts, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 73, on April 15, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Astor Quillen and Mildred Eva Quillen; her husband Paul Mason; her former husband Bobby Short; her siblings, Joe Sherman Quillen and Rotoni Lee Smith; and her nephew Joseph Graham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Ann Kelly (James) and KImberly Carol Fletcher (Kevin); her grandchildren, Brett James Kelly, Sara Kate Fletcher and Sean McPherson Fletcher; her sisters, Jane Anne Seta, Eva Carol Faas and Jerilynn Graham (Merrell) of Surgoinsville, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Kathi McClanahan (Patrick), Tony Little (Jennifer), Eva Christine Faas (Lester Shelburn), Debra Irvin (Allen), Jolen McCully (Matt), Kevin Lamb (Laura), Tabatha Graham and Tim Little. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request direct donation to the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard who are so caring, supportive and compassionate.
