Bates (Thelma) of Whitesburg, Noble Darrell "Joe" Bates of Whitesburg, Kathy Mullins (Duke) of Whitesburg and Euna Faye "Wissy" Caudill (James) of Tennessee; her stepdaughter Vicki Lowe (R. W.) of Norton, Virginia; her grandchildren, Justin Bates, Maegyn Meeks, Little Ike Caudill, Tarra Carroll, Jill, Rebecca, Vicki and Rick; and her great grandchildren, Kayson, Jace and Brylee.
