She is survived by: her children, Herbert Adams (Amanda) of Ohio, Derick Hogg of Dry Fork and Kaylee Cornett; her siblings, Benny Cornett, Terrie Lynn Cornett Ribar (Dan) of Florida, Cleo Cornett of Texas, Ella Jo Weaver of Frankfort and Patty Cornett of Premium; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Jauna, Jayda, Presleigh, Walker, Blayne, Kane and Payne.
