She is survived by: her husband Johnny Osborne of Eolia, Kentucky.; her nephew Brandon Osborne (Amanda) of Cumberland, Kentucky.; her father-in-law Charles Osborne; her aunts, Elsie Calahan, Evelee Whitehead and Janie Kelly; her uncle Gerald Calahan; her cousin JoAnn Calihan; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Osborne and Mike Osborne. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws.
