He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Maggard Combs and James Combs, Jr.; and his brother Millard Combs. He is survived by: his wife Angie Combs of Isom; his children, Rogina Neace (Kelly) of Kingscreek, Andrea Tow (Ken) of Mobile and Anthony Combs (Candace) of Isom; his sisters, Faye Holbrook of Isom and Debbie Caudill of Jeremiah, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Taylor, Tyler, Micah, Jonathan, Jordan, Caden and Cameron.
