She is survived by: her husband Dennis William Ratliff; her children, Steven Galutza (Stephanie), David Galutza (Cindy) of Wilsonville, Alabama, Sheila Pease (Gary) of Buck Creek, Dawn Mast of Merrillville, Lori Banks (Boney) of Ary and Vicky Webb (David) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her sister Sandy Goebel of Indianapolis, Indiana.
