She is survived by: her children, Michelle Smith (CJ Hall) of Crafts Colley, Connie Slone (Micheal Slone) of Doty Creek, Gary Pennington of North Carolina, Carlo Pennington of Manchester and Jim Pennington of Hazard; and her grandson Brandon Smith "Bran" (Amber). She is also survived by great grandchildren, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
