He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Cook and Maggie Gibson Cook. He is survived by: his wife Abby Cook of Cromona, Kentucky; his sister Rosetta Yinger of Cromona, Kentucky; his nieces, Janie Brown (Jim) of Pennsylvania, Melissa Dollarhide of Cromona, Jeannie Bentley of Payne Gap and Crystal Rose of Payne Gap, Kentucky; and his nephew Forster Yinger of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews.
