She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Bates and Minnie Baker Bates; her husband Rex Polly; her son Jeffrey "Mick" Polly; her great grandchild Wesley Brown; and her sisters, Alpha Fields, Barbara Duncil, Helen Cook and Joyce Brooks.
She is survived by: her daughter Camelia Polly Turner of Shelbyville, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Jake, Justin, Briana, Whitney, Lonnie, Luke, Chelsea and Carolina; and her daughter-in-law Monica Coleman Polly.
