It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Neal Amburgey of Whitesburg, Kentucky, born in Jenkins, Kentucky, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Ottis Amburgey; his brother Greg Amburgey; and his mother Mae C. Amburgey. He is survived by: his brothers, Phil Amburgey (Jill) and Jay Amburgey (Tina); his children, Tanya Layne (Jeff) and Michael Amburgey (Jessica); his stepchildren, Henrietta Hensley and Casey Breeding; his grandchildren, Alex Layne, Clay Layne, Abigail Layne, Lexus Amburgey and Kyle Amburgey; his great grandchildren, Carolina and Jaxon Layne; and his cousins, David and Linda Setzer.
