He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Blair of Thornton, Phyllis Franks (James) of Madisonville, Judy Dixon of Sandlick, Jenny Hall of Dry Fork, Kentucky., Eddie Blair (Linda) of Blackey and Terry Blair (Bernadine); his nephew Joshua of Ermine; and his pet Bo. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
