We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2022, at the age of 75, Jerry Fields (Whitesburg, Kentucky), born in Cumberland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Fields and Patty Fields; and his siblings, Janie Fields Miles and James Isaac "Jimmy" Fields. He is survived by: his wife Nell Meade Fields; his children, Holly Boggs (Jason) of Cowan, KY, Jerry Fields Jr. (Cassie) of Richmond, KY, Patty Robinson (Blake) of Paris Crossing, IN, Mia Thomas (Michael) of Mount Washington, KY, Isaac Fields (Whitney) of Whitesburg, KY and Benjamin Fields (Angie) of Cowan, KY.; his grandchildren, Eric, Skye, Brandon, Briar, Olivia, Allison, Ashton, Blake Jr., Jerry III, George, Dicey, Ned, Christena Nell, Mance, Ophira, Daphney, Hueston and Avivah; and his great grandchild Soren. He is also survived by his children, being a good father, and grandfather.
