She is survived by: her sons, Bill Adkins (Betty) of Dry Ridge and Jim Adkins (Ida) of Sergent; her grandchildren, Sarah Adkins, Garrett Oliver, Ashley Adkins, Kaitlin Adkins, Klaire Adkins, Alyssa Adkins, Gabrielle Adkins, Lauren Adkins, Darcy Adkins, Emma Adkins and Cassie Adkins; and her siblings, James Howard of Greeneville, TN, Cecil Howard, Thomas Howard, Allen Howard and Sharon Hasty. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
