He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hubert Mullins and Gertrude Mullins; his daughters, Debbie Davis (Boyd), Joyce Stephens (Russel), Rita Balthis (Bobby), Roxie Rose (Gary) and Jackie Austin (Kevin); his daughter-in-law Dawn Mullins; his siblings, Louise Mullins and David Mullins; his significant other Violet Jean Mullins; his son Harold Richard Mullins; and his grandson Richard Andrew Mullins. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
