She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Fields and Marie Caudill Fields; and her husband James Stewart. She is survived by: her children, Greg Hale (Kim) of Whitco, James Stewart (Elizabeth) of Corbin and Tanya Russell (Dustin) of Letcher; and her sisters, Betty Jent of Frankfort and Brenda Fields of Wooten.
