She is survived by: her children, Betty Sexton (Allen) of Little Cowan, John Riley Spangler of Monroe, Alvin Spangler (Beverly) of Knoxville and Roy Joe Spangler (Verdie) of Cowan, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Jonathon, Jessie, Joshua, Retha, Willie, Jaywanica, Alvin Jr., William, Tiflene, Joseph Daniel, Travis, Celena and Brandy Louella.
