He is survived by: his wife Vicki Jane Amburgey Blair; his daughter Laura Elizabeth "Beth" Blair Wright; his grandson Jaden Thomas Wright; his siblings, Ardealie Blair Branson and Venon Blair; and his sister-in-law Helen Shook Blair Host. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
