He is survived by: his father Donald Tolliver of Dry Fork; his wife Helen Scott Tolliver; his children, Shelia Frazier (Jim) of Whitesburg, LeAnna Boggs of Whitesburg, Candy Cook (Mike) of Richmond and Thomas Tolliver (Paula) of Whitesburg; his siblings, Randy Tolliver (Mary) of Whitesburg and Gobby Hutchinson (Doug) of Louisa; his grandchildren, Cody, Caleb, Matthew, Chloe, Mikela, Zacary, Dustyn, Jaydon, Sheldon and Landon; his great grandchildren, Gage, Bryson, Lillee, Aubree, Dreydon and London; and his nephew Aaron Tolliver.
