He is survived by: his sons, Mickey Stines of McRoberts and Shane Stines of Whitesburg; his siblings, David Potter Collier of Whitesburg, Ruby Lee Lucas of Thornton and Claudette Anderson of Mooresburg, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Lila, Jacob and Sarah.
