He is survived by: his wife Linda Biggerstaff Bell; his children, David (Rhonda) of Monticello, Trinity Bell of Whitesburg and Lenell Jackson (Tim) of Corbin, Kentucky.; his sisters, Patricia Norrick (Jim) of Monticello and Rita Green of Lexington, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Noah, Isaac, Shelby (Rebekah), Whitney (Osbaldo), Drew (Mary), Cameron (Taylor) and Michaela; and his great grandchildren, Keldon, Lylia, Elynore and Lochlyn.
