She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Mullins and Emaline Fugate; her stepmother Thelma Mullins; her husband Bascum Whitehead; and her siblings, Rosetta Estill, Arnold Mullins and Norman Mullins.

She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Blair (Mitchell) and Anita Whitehead (Willie Cornett); her brother Donald Townsley of Winchester, Tennessee; her grandson Brandon Blair; and her great grandchildren, Cassidy Blair and Lilee Caudill.
