She was predeceased by: her parents, Judge Stephen Combs and Virginia Harris Combs; her husband Ronald David Kincer; her sister Jan Combs Trosper; her brothers-in-law, Ernie Trosper and Bud Daugherty; her nephew Daniel Combs Daugherty; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Herron and Kay Amburgey.
She is survived by: her children, David Kincer (Fran), Kathi Kincer Zeller and Christopher Mark Kincer; her grandchildren, Shannon Barger (Kevin), Allie Liby (Mike), Jake Zeller, Jozie Zeller, Acacia Harlon (Tim), Alexandra Miller (Lee) and Sean Jones (Chelsea); her sister Carol Combs Daugherty; and her sister-in-law Marsha Kincer Banks. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the UK Sanders-Brown Center on Aging, 2199 Harrodsburg Rd. Lexington, KY 40504.
