She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Cornett and Grace Gilley Cornett; her son Anthony Bailey; and her brother Argeana Cornett. She is survived by: her husband Kenny Pack of Cowan, Kentucky.; her son Freddie Cornett (Mary Jane) of Franklin, Ohio.; her sisters, Faye Lawson of Coeburn, Genita Calihan of Roxanna and Josephine Cornett of Morgan; and her grandchildren, Dexter Bailey, Elijah Trent, Isaiah Trent, Cheyenne Madden, Katona Caudill, Shumaya Brown, Timothy Bailey, Jesse Perkins, Makayla Bird, Hannah Miller and Dylan Myers.
