He was predeceased by: his son Ricky Slone Jr.; and his siblings, Cline Slone, Lora Slone and Mable Medina. He is survived by: his children, Dale Slone (Patsy) of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Jamie Combs (David) of Lackey, Kentucky; his siblings, Clyde Slone of North Manchester, Lida Bentley of Ivel and Alberta Caudill of Lackey, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Donnie Combs Michael Combs and Devin Adams; and his great-nephew Luke Medina.
