She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Smith of Hindman, Kristy Mullins of Whitesburg and Angie Mullins of Middleburg; her brother Gordon Pendry of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Jayden, Madelyn, Alexis, Joseph and Holly; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, London, Layton, Bella and Willow.
