It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Perry of Whitesburg, Kentucky, who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Perry and Verna Sexton Perry. He is survived by: his children, Angie Stacy and Billy Ray Perry Jr.; his grandsons, Jonathan Ray Standafer and Michael Brown; and his sisters, Judy Poe (Donald), Linda Sue Perry and Host. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
