He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hollon and Josephine Boyd Hollon; his wife Barbara Boyd Hollon; and his sisters, Alice Hollon and April Hollon.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Hollon (Eula) of Jenkins, Rachel Jenkins (Clayton) of Jenkins, Jessica Lee (Rocky) of Whitesburg and Becky Adams (Chris) of Cowan; his sister Sherry Sturgill of Whitesburg, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Clay, Will, Chase, Kandis, Kahlan, Ruthie, Terra and Isabella; and his great grandchildren, Kai and River.
