It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Sue Hughes (Whitesburg, Kentucky), born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Shackleford and Sara Ruth Hampton Shackleford; her daughter Candy Craft; and her brothers, Jonathan Shackleford and Ronald Shackleford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jenna Caudill (Matthew) of Whitesburg and Jolene Rethwisch (Jeff) of Lakeville; her siblings, Debbie Shackleford of Craft Colly, Kathy Thissen of Vine Grove and Donald Shackleford; and her grandchildren, Aiden, Charli, Amelia, Ty and Easton.
