She is survived by: her children, Tony Bates (Lisa) of Ermine and Sharon McFarland Reynolds (Craig) of Mayking; her siblings, Fred Banks of Paintsville, Lorene Blair of Crafts Colley, Janice Slone of Mayking, Betty Lucas of Thornton, Charlotte McDougal of Cowan and Geraldine Miles of Thornton; and her granddaughter Brooke Bates. She is also survived by nieces and nephews family and friends.
