She was predeceased by: her parents, Booker Holbrook and Sarah Holbrook; her son Dewayne Cornett; her siblings, JB Holbrook, Henry Holbrook, Till Campbell and Opal Cornett; and her sisters-in-law, Donnita Holbrook and Stella Holbrook.
She is survived by: her husband Shelby Cornett; her daughters, Libby Holbrook (John) of Neon and Charolett Polly (Phillip) of Mayking; her stepsons, Sam Cornett (Mary) and Danny Cornett; her brothers, Charles Holbrook of Dry Fork, David Holbrook of Kingdom Come and Burt Holbrook of Whitaker; her grandchildren, Charles Polly, Rachel Polly, Amanda Mason and Phoenix Deanna Faye Polly; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Holbrook and Bonnie Holbrook.
