He is survived by: his wife Judy Scott Lear; his daughters, Misty Rager (Scotty) and Julia Lear; his grandchildren, Morgan Pierce (Jimmy), Mallory Gee (John), Cody Mattingly (Brittany) and Zachary Mattingly (Heather); his great grandchildren, Jayzn, Hayden, Laken, Layla, Livi, Azlynn, Kellin, Maylie, Krew and Isabella; and his brothers, Dannie Lear, Jerry Lear (Faye) and Alton Lear (Anita).
